Incorporated in 1984, Songserm Tractor Partnership Ltd is a distributor of spare parts for heavy machinery.We specialize in the import and export of spare parts from respected and reliable manufacturers in many countries around the world. With over 25 years of recognized product and service excellence, we serve customers throughout Thailand and neighboring countries through our broad network of complementary business units. We strive to continuously provide our customer with high quality product offerings and deliver superior customer service to meet customer needs.
To ensure highest customer satisfaction, we offer a complete range of product offerings, which include undercarriage parts, ground engaging tools, hydraulic components, hydraulic breaker, pump, gear and transmission parts, engine and electrical parts, bearing, bushing, and seal. In addition to distributing high quality products, we provide a full range of technical support and maintenance assistance for our customers.
Our sincere and continued dedication to the quality and high standard of our products as well as developing excellent work systems has expanded us into heavy machinery business. In 1995, we established “Promotion Machine Co., Ltd” as an authorized Komatsu dealer. Today, we specialize in the import and export of used heavy machines from Japan and the United States. Our principal product offerings include excavators, wheel-loaders, bulldozers, vibrator rollers, backhoe loaders and motor graders under major brands including, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Kobelco, and JCB. To deliver superior customer satisfaction, we also offer after-sales service in addition to a complete supply of spare parts.
From the success of earlier ventures, we established “Bangkok Patum Tractor Co., Ltd” as our head office and warehouse with an approximate area of 4,800 Sq.M. at RangsitSparepart Distribution Center frontage to Phaholyotin Road. By maintaining our goal to deliver highest customer satisfaction, we are determined to continuously provide our customers with high quality product offerings and services.
